Shipping
All products are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping rates are determined by the weight and destination from San Diego, CA.
Returns
I hope that you’re happy with your purchase, but if your order does not meet your expectations, you may return your item for a full refund within 2 weeks of receipt. Item must be unused or unworn and in the same condition that you received it or it will not be eligible for a full refund. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be refunded in full when your item has been received, less the cost of the original shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact Jacki here with your name, item that you ordered and please express why you'd like to make a return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for any items purchased within 2 weeks of receipt. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs. Please contact Jacki here to discuss your exchange.
Damaged in Shipping
Any handmade item that arrived damaged will be replaced. Please contact Jacki here within 48 hours of receiving your shipment so we can discuss the replacement. You will be asked to email a photo of the damaged package/item. Most handmade items are one-of-a-kind, so I will either try to recreate the item as close as possible or you can exchange it for something else. You will be issued a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the item in its original packaging. As soon as the damaged item is received, I will ship a replacement according to what we discuss.
Jewelry Care Instructions
If you need to clean the polymer clay part of your earrings or necklace (from make-up or a smudge), please use a mild soap and lukewarm water and gently rub with a soft cloth or your fingers. Gently pat dry with a soft cloth. If the brass on your earrings tarnishes (as metal does over time), please use a polishing pad or other brass polish to gently buff the metal. Patinated earrings are sealed, but may continue to naturally patina over time. This adds to the charm and beauty of this process. Please do not get brass or copper/patina earrings wet (no swimming or taking a shower with them on). As with any jewelry, please put your earrings on last after you've applied your cosmetics, hair products, perfume, etc. to preserve the beauty of the design.
Polymer Clay Material
Polymer clay is a very durable and slightly pliable material, so there may be some give to your earrings and that is completely normal. Please don't try to bend them, which may cause damage to the jewelry.
